Apostle Shantelle Jefferson

The Genesis

Born and raised in the Church of God in Christ (COGIC), Apostle Shantelle gave her life to the Lord at age seven and quickly learned that prayer and obedience are the keys to living a spirit led life. Immediately after accepting her calling to ministry in 2000, she discovered that God had planted within her various ministry seeds to care for. In 2005, Apostle Shantelle co-founded Christian Deliverance Fellowship Ministries in Richmond, VA and birthed Power Ministries LLC in 2006 with a mission to empower women from all walks of life through the Word of God, Coaching and Mentoring. After completing Faith Landmark Bible Institute's accreditation program in 2007, Apostle Shantelle committed her life to passionately teaching God’s Word, leading God's people and walking in her predestined purpose.

Ministry & Career

Apostle Shantelle has worked in Hotel Management for over 28 years for prestigious brands such as Marriott, Hilton and IHG to name a few. She discovered early in her hospitality career that her passion and spiritual fulfillment was centered in serving others and it continues to illuminate daily as she walks in the steps that have already been ordered for her. Over the years, God has blessed her to plant numerous ministries and to set unprecedented standards of faith, discipline and excellence for the Kingdom of God. 

A valuable member of her community and of women at large, Apostle Shantelle is a mother, preacher, teacher, mentor, power coach, entrepreneur and most importantly a worshiper after God’s own heart. Her unique style of leadership and distinctive message delivery connects with people all over the world. She is a women’s rights advocate and believes in the compassion of the Holy Spirit and delivering it to those who need it most.
